Ying is a Geotechnical Engineer with over 25 years’ experience in related fields of geotechnical engineering consultancy for major urban buildings and infrastructure projects in the Middle East, United Kingdom and Australia; and further 4 years’ experience in academia. She is a Chartered Professional Engineer, a Registered Professional Engineer in Victoria, Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, United Kingdom and Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, Australia. She completed BEng (Hons) and PhD in University of Leeds, United Kingdom.
