EDG assisted our client with the design for a new two span bridge at Osbourne in Adelaide. The bridge will be supported by reinforced soil structures at the abutments and a centre pier. EDG undertook preliminary geotechnical investigations at the proposed piled foundation locations and provided geotechnical design parameters for the piles including skin friction, end bearing and spring stiffness vales.
