Adam Lander

Senior Principal and Director

Adam is a Senior Principal in our Melbourne office and a Director at EDG.  Adam provides both technical and operational leadership for the office. Adam is a Chartered Professional Engineer with over 24 years’ experience in the geotechnical industry, working as a consultant in Australia and throughout southeast Asia.  Adam graduated in 1996 with a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Melbourne and completed a Masters degree in Engineering Geology at Imperial College, London in 2004. 

Adam has led teams developing innovative design solutions for many types of projects including deep excavations and tunnels, road and rail infrastructure, soft soils and ground improvement, slope remediation, earthworks and buildings.  His roles on projects range from specialist geotechnical advice through to technical and management leadership for major project delivery.  Adam’s particular areas of expertise include:
